| In case of renting our products time of delivery depends basically on the availability of the ordered material.
Please calculate 5 days for shipping within Germany and 7 days to other destinations. |
| In case of purchasing our products we point out that the ordered goods are not on hand. The graphics and displays are produced on demand and are not at all mass-produced articles. Please calculate about 5
workdays for production. |
Handling: |
| We are not an affiliated company to Fujitsu but working independently. If you need your order number on the invoice, please give it to us when ordering. It is impossible to add that later. |
Pricing: |
| The price contains all costs including material and initial costs (layout, printing,..) of the selected product. |
Rental: |
| The basic space of time for renting a product/system amounts to 14 days plus the period of shipment. If you need the product/system for a longer period the rent is calculated according to the given amount of time. |
| If the agreed period is exceeded without our approbation we charge the double rate for the remaining period. |
Principal office: |
| If your principal office is located outside of Germany and belongs to EU we need your value added tax identification number in order to spare you the VAT on the invoice. |
